3. For Customers

3.1 Use of Platform

• You agree to provide accurate and honest information when submitting inquiries or making contact.

3.2 Booking and Transactions

• Cosmic Wedding does not directly participate in financial transactions between you and the vendor. All bookings, payments, and terms are to be handled directly with the selected vendor.
• We recommend entering into a formal contract with any vendor before making payments.

3.3 Dispute Resolution

• Cosmic Wedding is not liable for disputes arising between customers and vendors. However, we encourage users to report misconduct or service failure for review and platform quality control.

4. For Vendors

4.1 Registration and Account

• Vendors must create an account to access dashboard tools, lead management, and inquiry responses.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Use of Leads

• Leads provided by Cosmic Wedding are for exclusive internal business use only.
• Sharing, reselling, or misusing lead information will result in immediate suspension without refund.

4.3 Payment and Packages

• All vendor packages are prepaid.
• No refunds will be issued once lead details have been shared.
• Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving a lead for replacement consideration.
• Cosmic Wedding reserves the right to update pricing or package structure at any time.

4.4 Vendor Obligations

• You agree to provide true, up-to-date, and complete information about your services.
• You must treat every inquiry professionally and ethically.
• You may not mislead customers or misuse the Cosmic Wedding brand for personal gain.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, logos, code, and text on the website are owned by Cosmic Wedding or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse content without written permission.
Vendors retain rights over the media they upload, but grant Cosmic Wedding a license to display and promote it across the platform and social media for marketing purposes.

6. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following cases:

  Breach of terms
  Fraudulent or unethical behavior
  Non-payment or false commitments

7. Limitation of Liability
